Papa's Pumpkin Patch is a Bismarck favorite spot.

Grace took this shot of me riding the bike on the sandbar,

and I got a shot of her wading in the sand.

The ride was beautiful.

Our trip to the sandbar that afternoon was just wonderful.

I like to set up the portable grill,

as there has always been a special flavor to food cooked outside.

Grace likes to fish,

I'm content to put down the fishing gear,

and just cruise the sandbar, barefoot in the sand, enjoying the beauty, the sand between my toes and a cold Hamms.

To say we enjoy the Missouri River, is a considerable understatement.  Especially when we have the place almost to ourselves.  Here's hoping you have had a great year as we have.
